Eligible candidates are currently enrolled Hispanic/Latino undergraduates with a 2.5 GPA or higher. Scholarship recipients must attend K-State as an undergraduate student during the 2013-2014 academic year. Previous recipients of this award are not Required application materials A. A resume that includes: personal contact information including K-state e-mail address; degree pursued including major, minors, cumulative GPA, and year in school; scholarships and awards received; activities; and work experience. Describe how your Hispanic/Latino heritage, family upbringing, and/or any role models that you have had influenced your academic and personal long-term goals. How do these influences contribute to your future goals? 2. Describe how you contribute to your community (school, family, church, community organizations, etc) and what you have learned from your experiences. How will these experiences influence your future goals? 3. Describe an academic challenge and how you have overcome it. How does this experience influence your future goals?
